Two Better than One

The Story of Noah, especially in Genesis verse 18-21, God send every two living creature inside the Ark. We can also look back when Adam and Eve created; it’s a pairs, two for taking care of the Garden of Eden. Even Jesus sends His disciple in pairs (Mark 6:7) to preach the gospel. The greatest reason for walk in pairs or two people is for a better work. Like the book Ecclesiastes said “Two are better than one because they have a good return for their labor (Ecclesiastes 4:9NASB)”. The Talmud says, "A man without a companion is like a left hand without the right. There are reasons for people walk in two, First If one falls down, his friend can help him up (Ecclesiastes 4:10; Genesis 2:18, NIV); Second if two lie down together, they will keep warm. It means that they can support and encourage each other (4:11). Third, they can defend themselves (4:12) and be fair in witnessing for the sake of truth (1Corinthians 14:29; 2Corinthians 13:1; 1Timothy 5:19; Hebrews 10:28; Mark 6:10-13; Deuteronomy 30:19).
