Principled as a Christian Worker

My basic principled is supporting everyone as long as i can. I come to understand that there are so many negative things that could happen between a worker with the other worker or a leader. Here few thought to be remembered: 1. Give the honor for God. Don’t fight for your-self in gaining respect, etc. Because God is the Only Person worthy to be praised 2. Give support whenever you can or make people to be recognized for their hard work. Always hope God give a spiritual gift to edify those who in need. 3. Give correction whenever you think it's not right. For this, try to be careful because you didn't want somebody thought that you didn't support them. So,everything must back to number 1. 4. Give you clear mind about what we need and what we depend on. You need everyone but you only depend on God. Because He will fight for you, He will always respect you and you will never feel left behind.
